A 2006 Koenigsegg CCX setup by Terronium 12 created on 10. November 2009 16:02.
These settings serve the intent purpose to make the CCX feel as real as possible within the construct of what the physics engine is Shift allows. DO NOT try or attempt to mass through corners, I haven't set it up that way, you absolutely will oversteer and end up in the second row seats somewhere. Stability is vastly improved as is the acceleration through fourth and fifth gears. This was tested multiple times at the London River track and is well capable of a 1:18, at the very least, proper throttle management is strongly advised. This was also tested at the Nordschliefe and is absolutely scary to drive (as it should be) but the car is definitely planted and can turn out exceptional lap times for it's capabilities.
Straight line stability is also improved, although you have to be aware that it really gallops in second gear so keep it straight or you'll have to tap the throttle to keep the rear end from stepping out. Overall, you're going to find yourself hard-pressed to not want to mass through a corner as it really does handle well and when it steps out it is controllable, although without a proper rear wing to plant the rear wheels there's always going to be that bit that's missing and because of previous advisory warnings - unless you want to re-enact The Stig's "brave" lap with the CCX.
I keep getting hounded by my girlfriend to donate a car that i've had since i first got my license i gave in and did it now i'm getting more time in with xbox in exchange
